The guest house is open everyday during school holidays and from Thursday to Sunday otherwise.

The Mora Cottage is available for renting all year long.

Le Mora is a charming old house which has been recently and lovingly renovated. Today it is a luxurious guesthouse, ideally situated on the quayside overlooking the beautiful picturesque harbour at Barfleur in lower Normandy.

Barfleur is a 4 hour drive from Paris and a 28 minute drive from the Cherbourg ferry terminal (Poole and Rosslare).

The nearest train station is Valognes on the Paris - Cherbourg line from where you can take a taxi or use the regular bus service to Barfleur from the station (Line 13 - 53 minutes).

The guesthouse comprises an independent cottage for 4 people situated at the front of the house and in the main part of the building four double guest rooms.

All of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms and one room is a family room with a small adjoining room for two children. 

All of our rooms are non smoking and come with the amenities that you may expect, including toiletries, towels, hair dryer, and very comfortable beds.

We are sorry to be unable to accomodate pets.

Barfleur is a charming fishing village listed among the “Loveliest Villages in France”. The village has kept its authenticity and lives to the rhythm of the tides.
