Guillaume’s room is a duplex suite located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the house wing.

The suite is named after William the Conqueror who received the ship Le Mora as a gift from his wife Matilda in 1066.

The entrance to the suite on the 1st floor opens into a living area with two large south-facing windows giving views over the Barfleur harbour.

A wardrobe space separates the living area from the bathroom which has a beautiful view over Barfleur harbour through two large east and south facing windows. Once you are installed in the double bath, you can raise the window blind and lie back and enjoy the view!

The bedroom with a king sized bed (180*200 cm) is located upstairs on the 2nd floor under the roof.

The price of Guillaume’s suite per night for 2 people is 240 euros including breakfast and free access to the wellness area.

Mathilde’s room on the 1st floor of the house offers a king size bed (180 * 200 cm) with a wardrobe hidden behind the headboard. This can be accessed from both sides of the bed.

This room is named after Matilda, Mathilde de Flandre, who gave the ship Le Mora as a present to her husband William the Conqueror in 1066.

The two large windows open on Quai Henri Chardon and offer a beautiful view of the Barfleur harbour. This east-facing room will allow you to profit from the sunrise over the harbour.

The en-suite bathroom is on the west side of the house on Saint Nicolas Street. From mid-afternoon you will be able to enjoy the warm and beautiful light as you relax after a busy day, getting ready to enjoy the evening pleasures of Barfleur. The bathroom has been decorated in a French ‘boudoir’ spirit with its original fireplace.

Etienne’s room on the 1st floor is a large west-facing bedroom offering a gentle light from the mid-afternoon.

The room is named after Etienne from Barfleur who built the ship Le Mora, a present from Matilda to her husband William the Conqueror in 1066.

It comprises a king size bed (180*200 cm) that can be made into twin beds upon request.

The room offers a private entrance opening into the bedroom comprising a sleeping area and a reading or working area situated in front of the window.

The adjoining bathroom is also west-facing and very bright.

The price of Etienne’s room per night for 2 people is 200 euros including breakfast and free access to the wellness area.

The Le Navire (the Ship) room is located on the 2nd floor of the house and offers a beautiful view over the Barfleur harbour.

The room is named after the ship Le Mora built by Etienne from Barfleur as a gift by Matilda to her husband William the Conqueror in 1066.

The room comprises a Queen size bed (160*200 cm) in the main room and two single beds for children in a small adjoining room over the street side.

The bathroom separates the two bedrooms and is equipped with a large shower.

The price of the Le Navire room per night for 2 people is 160 euros including breakfast and free access to the well-being area. There is an extra fee of 30 euros per child, (total price of 190 euros with one child and 220 euros with two children).

Le Mora is the name of the ship built by Etienne from Barfleur as a gift by Matilda to her husband William the Conqueror in 1066.

The cottage is a small 3-storey townhouse that has been fully renovated with a beautiful sea view of Barfleur harbour.

The cottage is suitable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It has a large bedroom on the 1st floor and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a nice play area on the 2nd floor.

The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area on the left and a living area with a working fireplace on the right. The living area opens on a small private terrace facing Barfleur harbour.

The stairs to the 1st floor lead to a TV lounge and a small bathroom with shower and toilets on the right. On the left, there is a large bedroom with a beautiful view on Barfleur harbour. Early birds will be able to watch the sunrise behind the harbour.

On the 2nd floor, a landing equipped with cupboards and shelves separates the children bedroom on the left from the bathroom on the right. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bath, toilets and a washing machine.

The rental fee for a week, from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 11am, is 1 200 euros and includes bed linen, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay.

Please note: the stairs leading to the 1st and 2nd floors are the original ones and are quite narrow and sloping.
